Our Ethics
We are proud to be ethically made in Bali, Indonesia.
Our factory in Bali, Indonesia is a family run establishment who we have worked with since the very beginning of BLOM in 2014. The factory is truly like a big family.
While without external ethical accreditation, we are proud to team up with a factory that pays their staff well above base salary, provides healthcare cover, sick pay, offers regular team outings and weekends away, and even contributes towards the costs of staff members’ weddings.
The team are treated as part of a family rather than just a worker, developing a positive personal impact on their lives in a fair and safe environment.

Together we have implemented rigorous quality standards ensuring that each headband you purchase is top-notch quality, and has been ethically made with sustainable practices as much as possible.
We support other local Bali makers and manufacturers through our traditionally tie dyed fabrics, packaging manufacturing, brass logo creation and fabric purchasing. Nearly everything that goes into a BLOM product is sourced locally in Bali.
We are committed to continue and develop further our relationships across our whole supply chain. Ensuring that every person who touches our headbands is treated respectfully with fair wages and working conditions.
